Update - Monday 11th May

Dear Parents/Guardians,

I hope you had a lovely weekend and are keeping safe and well.

Fr. Michael Fleming:

It was with great sadness on Friday morning last that we learned of the death of our much loved parish priest, Canon Michael Fleming. Fr. Fleming was a great friend to our school and will be greatly missed. We extend our deepest sympathies to his family and many friends. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

In accordance with the current guidelines, a private funeral will take place for Fr. Fleming on Tuesday morning at 10:30am. The Funeral Mass will however be live streamed online should you wish to watch the mass. It will be available via the following link: www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/st-james-killorglin

Tuesday 12th May:

The Board of Management and staff will be attending a Guard of Honour for Fr. Fleming on Tuesday morning. As a result, and as I'm sure you will understand, the teachers will not be available on Seesaw/Google Classroom on Tuesday. The online platforms will resume, as normal, on Wednesday.

Stay safe!
