Update Re. Collection of Belongings
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Just a quick reminder that we will be distributing your child/children’s school books, school photos and end of year school report cards on Monday 15th June.
Please see below for updated guidance as a result of the poor weather forecasted for Monday.
Strict adherence of the following guidelines is expected:
Collection Times are final and cannot be changed.
Bring a strong bag (or box), especially if you are collecting for more than one child.
Strictly 1 adult per family. No children are allowed on the premises.
There is a strict one-way system in place for entering and leaving the school grounds.
You will enter the school by the "Big Gate" entrance (closest to the car park) and proceed to the side door of the school (pitch side)
Upon entering the school a member of staff will guide you to your collection point.
Please adhere to the 2 metre floor markings.
Once you collect your child's/children's belongings you will be escorted out the side door (road side) and proceed to exit the school by the front foot gate.
If you have more than one child, you will collect all your children's belongings when you come to collect your eldest child's belongings.
Parents of children in 1st, 2nd 3rd and/or 4th Class can use this time to return the library books and school readers borrowed in March.
Parents must not stop to talk to other parents at any time during the collection.
Please proceed to your car as swiftly as possible and move off to allow for the next collection.
Please adhere to HSE social distancing guidelines at all times.
