Halloween Silhouettes

Last week we made Halloween Silhouettes during art time. On Thursday, we used yellow and red paint to mix together and make an orange background for our silhouettes. Some people used only a little red so their background is a light orange/yellow background while some people used lots of red so their background is a dark orange/red background. It was interesting to see how yellow and red mix together to make orange. On Friday, we cut out our silhouette and using glue-sticks stuck our silhouette on to the background. We think they turned out pretty well - do you agree?
