Hot Meals Update - The Lunch Bag

Dear Parents/Guardians,

'The Lunch Bag' contacted us yesterday to inform us that they intend on starting the hot lunches on Monday coming, Monday 24th November.

Their rep, Caroline, visited this morning. She gave each child an individual login to their app. This app will need to be downloaded from your phone's App Store. Each individual child will have their own profile within the app.

You child(ren) will then be able to submit their order for next week's lunches. The deadline for orders is 48 hours before the lunch is due to be delivered. This means, to receive a particular lunch for Monday, you will need to have confirmed their desired option by 11:59pm tomorrow, Friday.

Going forward, you should set a reminder to change the lunch preferences each Thursday or Friday for the following week.

You need to select an option for each individual day for each child you are ordering for. Otherwise the children will get a default option.

For now, download "The Lunch Bag" app and enter your child's code (one per child) once they get home this evening.

For those absent, we will forward the login details to you.
