Nia with Carol

Today was week 3 of "Nia" with Carol. We will have two further classes with Carol before the February mid-Term.
"Nia" is a a modern type of exercise. It incorporates mind-body wellness as well as blending martial arts, yoga, movement & dance to create a high-powered, energetic workout.
