Collection of Belongings - 15th June 2020
Dear Parents/Guardians,
We will distribute your child/children’s school books, school photos and end of year school report cards on Monday 15th June. Attached please find the timetable for the collection of your child/children's belongings.
The following guidelines MUST be strictly adhered to:
Please adhere to your allocated time. Times are final and cannot be changed.
No children are allowed on the premises.
There is a strict one-way system in place for entering and leaving the school grounds.
Teachers will have organised siblings’ books to go to their older brother/sister’s class for collection so please note time of your eldest child’s class collection only.
Parents of children in 1st, 2nd 3rd and/or 4th Class can use this time to return the library books and school readers borrowed in March.
When you collect the bags, please leave the school grounds quickly and safely.
Parents must not stop to chat to other parents at any time during the collection.
Please adhere to HSE social distancing guidelines at all times.
I would appreciate your full cooperation to ensure we carry out this task safely.
