Lost Items:

If you are missing any items, please let us know and we can arrange for you to go through the lost and found box.

Our school is taking part in UCD’s School Food Evaluation. In the last school year, parents of children in 1st, 3rd and 5th class were invited to complete questionnaires for their study. They are looking for parents of students now in 2nd, 4th and 6th Class to complete a follow up questionnaire.

Please find the online questionnaire at the link below, for completion by the same parent who completed the previous surveys.

Science Week:

We had a visit from Astellas last week who conducted some fun experiments with the children in 4th & 5th Class. A big "thank you" to Helena, Majella and their assistants for calling.

Christmas Jumper Day:

Christmas Jumper Day will take place on Friday 16th December. A donation of €1 or €2 is recommended on the day. This year, all monies collected will be donated to St. Joseph's Home. St. Joseph's Home is a nursing home for older people in Killorglin who need care and help with their daily tasks and want to be supported to keep up their level of independence as long as possible. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

TeamHope Shoebox Appeal:

Carmel would like to thank all our families who participated in this year's TeamHope Christmas Shoebox Appeal. 47 shoeboxes were donated from our school. Well done everyone! Thank you to Carmel for organising the collection.

The newly acquired community defibrillator has been installed on our boundary wall. This is such a fantastic asset for the community. Well done to all involved in acquiring the defibrillator for the area, particularly Dr. O'Connor for getting the project underway. The defibrillator is located next to the post box. Eircode = V93HX07
