This week, we started our Good Food Appreciation Classes with T.J. O'Connor. We sampled raw vegetable crudités and two dips, hummus and Créme Fraiche and Chives. We also sampled a fermented tea drink, Kombucha. Many thanks to T.J. for his time, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Click HERE for the recipes.
